David Tunnicliffe is a commercial real estate broker with almost 15 years of experience representing owners, investors, developers, and tenants across Virginia and North Carolina. He began his career in 2011 with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, where he built a strong foundation in institutional brokerage, leasing, and investment sales.

Over the course of his career, David has worked on a wide range of transactions spanning office, retail, industrial, and land, and has represented national, regional, and local clients in site selection, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. His market focus includes Hampton Roads, Richmond, Northeast North Carolina, and surrounding Mid-Atlantic markets.

Today, David leads AFO Realty, an independent commercial brokerage built to provide hands-on advisory services, creative deal structuring, and long-term strategic guidance for clients. AFO Realty was founded to combine institutional-level expertise with the flexibility, responsiveness, and personal accountability of a boutique firm.
